We process refunds as quickly as the banks allow. Here’s what to expect.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • You canceled within the applicable timeline (see Cancellation Policy)

  • You booked directly with Srichan Resorts

  • Refund amount = payment made minus cancellation charges (if any)

Actual timelines depend on your bank. Contact them if you don’t see the refund after 10 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

  • Early Checkout: Refund for unused nights? Subject to management discretion.

  • Room Downgrade: Price difference may be refunded post-checkout.

  • Service Interruptions (e.g., power outages, weather): Reviewed case-by-case.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional packages or peak-season bookings are marked “Non-Refundable.” These are not eligible for refund except in cases of force majeure (at management’s sole discretion).

7. Disputes

If you have concerns:

  1. Email us at info@srichanresorts.com with your Booking ID

  2. Allow 10 business days for investigation

  3. If unsatisfied, escalate to the appropriate consumer forum in Srinagar, J&K
